Dublin heading for Level 3 risk rating after NPHET meeting

The National Public Health Emergency Team (NPHET) has advised that Dublin be moved to the level 3 risk rating of the Covid-19 plan.

Some additional measures will also apply to Dublin.

According to RTE News the recommendations are to be discussed by an Oversight Group this evening which will advise Government.

This group is chaired by the Secretary General to the Government. It will consider the wider societal and economic impact of the recommendations.

The special Cabinet Covid-19 Sub-Committee is then scheduled to meet tomorrow.
