Positive return for Tiger Roll at Navan

The Tiger whipped up a storm at Navan today from the moment he arrived until he left the parade ring after a fifth place finish in the Boyne Hurdle.

All the attention was on the return to action of the now legendary Tiger Roll in the build up to what could lead the way to Aintree in April for a third
successive victory in the big race.

Returning to action for the first time since landing a second successive Aintree Grand National last April, the cameras were waiting for the arrival of the sper star.

"We are thrilled with Tiger Roll and once he is alright in the morning it will be all systems go for Cheltenham and all being well the Randox Aintree Grand National.

"I was very worried about the ground, I didn't think he would walk on it and I was worried about his fitness but I thought it was a positive run," added the Summerhill man who last month scooped the Meath Sportsperson of the Year award.
