Following on from selling over 45 houses so far this year, Gem Group has unveiled a new three-bedroom house type design at The Willows, Old Dublin Road, Dunshaughlin, a development of large three, four and five bedroom semi-detached and detached houses. To coincide with this they are releasing a new phase of 25 houses onto the market.  A significant feature of the three bedroom houses is that purchasers of these new three bedroom houses can convert the attic if they so wish in the years ahead to provide valuable additional living / bedroom accommodation.
