Velvet curtains to come down as Lillie's marks last night - bring home a souvenir!

After a hectic final Christmas at Lillie’s Bordello, we are set to mark the end of an era in signature Lillie’s fashion, with a massively extravagant party! Get the whole gang together for the last hurrah at Lillie’s on Saturday 19th January.

Lillie’s Bordello is giving revellers the chance to go home with a piece of the legendary club. All party-goers will be issued with a token on entry and will be in with a chance of winning a piece of stunning memorabilia from the world-renowned VIP venue! Throughout the night you could win a memento from the club’s signature décor as a final farewell from Lillie’s. These prized pieces are sure to bring back fond memories of your most decadent nights in Dublin.

Be sure to put your most glamorous foot forward, Lillie’s reputation as a celebrity playground means you never know who you’ll be rubbing shoulders with… Since it opened its doors in the early 90s, Lillie’s established itself as the late-night playground of celebrities from Ireland and indeed all over the world. Over the years the dancefloor has been graced by stars such as Rihanna, Paris Hilton, Julia Roberts, David Hasselhoff, Mick Jagger and Enrique Iglesias, along with home-grown celebrities like Niall Horan, Laura Whitmore and Cillian Murphy with Bono even celebrating his birthday at Lillie’s.

The sumptuous surroundings and bustling Grafton Street location, solidified Lillie’s celebrity status. The crystal chandeliers could tell the tales of '90s and '00s Dublin and the exclusivity of the club only added to its popularity for a dazzling night on the tiles. However, it’s time for the velvet curtain to close on the current iteration of the legendary club.

Those looking to say a final farewell to Lillie’s are travelling from the length and breadth of the country to do so and expats living as far away as London, Copenhagen and Monaco are making the pilgrimage to dance one last dance in Lillie’s Bordello. Take a trip down memory lane with old friends and new, whilst resident DJ Tommy Stewart transports you back to the club’s celebrity heyday with a night of non-stop 90s and 00s throwback hits.

Doors will open at 10pm and management is advising everyone to get down as early as possible! Speaking about Saturday’s farewell party David Morrissey, the club’s co-owner said “We have received a massive outpouring of grief at the closing of Lillie’s, our final party on Saturday will prove why Lillie’s has remained as one of Dublin’s most iconic nightclubs since the 90s. There has been a huge amount of interest already so please make sure to get down early so you’re not disappointed and get the opportunity to say your goodbyes.”

Lillie’s is pulling out all the stops to ensure this is a night to remember with a complimentary cocktail on-entry, a photobooth for capturing precious memories of your last night in Lillie’s and the memorabilia raffle. Get ready to dance the night away for Lillie’s last hurrah!
