Fundraising cycle launch in Avoca cafe tomorrow

The Dunboyne Pedal Pushers cycling group will launch its fund racing ‘4Province Cycle’ in the Avoca,  Dunboyne tomorrow (Saturday).
The event aims to raise funds for Prosper Meath's new fully accessible building in Trim.
The official launch of the fund-raiser will take place at 12 noon, but there will be static cyclists from Dunboyne Pedal Pushers cycling away from 10am with entertainment, singing and dancing by Prosper service users, and there will be music by an organist in the afternoon.
The '4Province Cycle’ will be held on September 15th and 16th and will involve 30 cyclists navigating a route around the four provinces of Ireland, covering 365km in two days. The group have set up a go fund me page https://www.gofundme.com/4provinces and are seeking sponsors for the event. The group will commence their cycle in Dunboyne and cycle through Virginia, Edgesworthstown, Athlone and Ballinasloe before stopping over in Birr. Day two will consist of cycling on to Roscrea, Tullamore, Edenderry and finishing in Trim. 
Adrian Tiernan, whose daughter attends the Trim Service is spearheading the fundraising campaign and hopes that the cycle will raise much needed funds to build a fully accessible building in the heart of Trim town.
Prosper Meath provides a range of services and supports to 187 adults with intellectual disabilities across nine locations in Meath. Services are based in Trim, Navan, Ashbourne and Kells. 
Prosper Meath, Trim provide supports to 33 men and women from Trim, Enfield, Athboy, Dunboyne and Summerhill. Currently services are temporarily based in two locations, Haggard Mews and High Street. The organisation has purchased a site on Emmet Street in Trim with a view to building a permanent base for the Trim Services.
