Cluain Adain, Clonmaggaden is a new development of large two, three and four bedroom homes being launched off plans this Saturday and Sunday, with prices from €220,000.

Remarkably, this is the first new homes development  to come to the market on this side of Navan for nearly 18 years and the demand is expected to be strong. The development is located on the Clonmagadden Road, in close proximity to Aura Leisure Centre, Blackwater Park, Simonstown GFC and Navan Racecourse. It is adjacent to Scoil Naomh Eoin and a short walk from St Pauls and St Oliver’s Primary Schools.

The 106 homes are being developed by Glenveagh Homes, one of Ireland’s leading residential developers. All homes will be ‘A’ rated and extremely energy efficient incorporating sustainable and renewable technology such as PV panels, PVC triple glazed windows and doors and a thermostatic controlled heating system. As is expected of Glenveagh Homes, both internal and external finishes will be stylish and contemporary with superb integrated kitchens with soft close doors, all bathrooms will be tiled with carefully chosen tiles and sanitary ware will be sleek and elegant.  Externally homes will be finished with a maintenance free mix of brick and render exteriors, driveways will be cobble locked. The houses also feature generous back gardens and  are covered with a 10 Year structural guarantee.

Cluain Adain is a development expected to be particularly attractive to commuters due to its exceptional transport links to Dublin City Centre. There are two junctions on to the M3 both North and South of the Town, with a drive time of 30 minutes to Blanchardstown and easy access to Dublin City and Airport.  The main N2/M2 route is also easily accessible via the N51, only 2km away.   A regular bus service is available from four main bus stops in the town, all of which are within walking distance of Cluain Adain.  For rail links, the park and ride facilities at Dunboyne Train Station are only a 25 minute drive away.

A select number of the homes will be released to the market this weekend. Plans and drawings of all homes will be available to view in Raymond Potterton & Co offices at 38 Watergate Street, Navan.

Ronan McKenna, sales director for Glenveagh Homes says  “following on from the success of Glenveagh Cois Glaisin in Johnstown, we are excited to bring another quality development to Navan which we know will further enhance the vibrancy and strength of what is one of Ireland’s leading satellite towns”.
