Meath team announced for Carlow game tonight

Meath will tackle Carlow in the quarter-final of the Leinster U-17 Special FC this evening at Pairc Tailteann, 7pm.


Meath defeated Dublin by 1-15 to 1-10 in the first round two weeks ago.

That reversal sent Dublin down the qualifier route where they defeated Offaly by 3-14 to 0-7 last week at O'Connor Park, Tullamore.

Wexford and Carlow also won qualifiers against Wicklow and Louth last week

WEDNESDAY 12th JULY (7PM)

Navan - Meath v Carlow 

Newbridge - Kildare v Wexford

Parnell Park - Dublin v Westmeath

O'Moore Park - Laois v Longford

Extra-time in all games - to finish on the night - extra extra-time if level after extra-time

The semi-finals are scheduled for Tuesday next 18th July.
