Death of kilmessan artist michal obrien

The death has occurred of the well-known artist and former Kilmessan publican, Michéal O'Brien.

Aged 85, he passed away unexpectedly and peacefully at Knightsbridge Nursing Home, Trim, on Saturday morning.

He is survived by his nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Michéal is reposing at Knightsbridge Nursing Home from 3pm today, Sunday, with removal at 6.15pm to The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Kilmessan, arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass is on Monday at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
