The Signal Restaurant at the Station House Hotel

Meath Cuisine: Week 8-The Signal Restaurant

Yesterday Meath Cuisine published its third last recipe card. This celebration of Meath eateries, which started in July, has been gathering great momentum from each of the restaurants fans. There are only 2 more recipe cards to publish in order for you to have the full collection.

Last week featured our seventh recipe card with The Central Bar & Restaurant publishing their head chef Carl Rennicks recipe card which entailed whole-fish thai-style on banana leaf fror starters, balsamic braised duck leg with aromatic cucumber salad for main and warm crepe with summer berries with fresh fruit, coulis & cream for dessert.

This week The Signal Restaurant at the Station House hotel features head chef Dave Mulvihill producing their popular 3 course meal.

For Starter: Kilmessan lamb shashlik with apricots, red onions & Mediterranean couscous- serves 4

For Main: Baked fillet of Athlantic hake, garlic fried spinach & roasted red pepper cream- serves 4

For Dessert: Easy banoffee pie- serves 12

Readers have another 2 weeks to go to complete the full Meath Cuisine collection of easy to follow dinner party menus which each feature a starter, main course and dessert from the county’s favourite eateries.
