Aria Assistance takeover

The Aria Assistance group, which employs 109 permanent staff in Navan is to be taken over by the Collinstown Group.

The Collinson Group has announced its imminent acquisition of Aria Assistance, in an agreement that will be subject to regulatory approval.
Aria Assistance will operate within The Collinson Group’s insurance division, adding to the Group’s growing portfolio of complementary businesses within the general insurance and financial services markets.
A spokesperson for the group said today that it would be premature to comment on plans for the Navan facility in the IDA Business Park in Johnstown, which provides assistance and claims services, medical support and advice and policy sales.
