Geraghty takes reins at Duleek/Bellewstown

Forner All-Ireland SFC winning captain Graham Geraghty has been announced as the new coach of Meath SFC side Duleek/Bellewstown. Geraghty, who was a selector of the Meath senior football team under Seamus McEnaney this year, will take over as club coach for 2013 and his first remit will be to dramatically improve the championship fortunes of the Duleek / Bellewstown club. The statement from Duleek/Bellewstown this morning read: Duleek / Bellewstown GFC are delighted to announce the appointment of Graham Geraghty as Club Coach for 2013. The well known Meath All-Ireland-winning captain has many family links with the Duleek area, a factor which influenced his decision. Duleek / Bellewstown GFC Chairman Oliver Cudden said "We are delighted that Graham has chosen to come on board with us as club coach. Graham's vast experience and knowledge of the game will be a huge help to our club as we embark on the 2013 league and championship campaign.
