It's Bon Jovi for Slane
US rock band Bon Jovi are set to be announced as the headline act for this year's Slane rock concert on 15th June next year. The announcement is due to be formally made at a press conference at Slane Castle at 11am this morning. Originally from New Jersey, the band formed in 1983 and consists of charismatic lead singer and namesake Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboard player David Bryan and drummer Tico Torres.
