Glittering Christmas entertainment line-up at Ratoath's Venue

The Venue Theatre, Ratoath has a fabulous range of music, song and dance in its 2011 Christmas programme. In particular children can go to a new children's show 'A Christmas Wish' by new company Boil in the Bag productions. This gentle show for younger children will enthral them into the magic of Christmas with a journey filled with adventure, laughter and wonderment. There are two shows, at 10am and 12pm on Monday 12th December. Tickets €8. The Frankly Buble Show features Ken Kirwan, a Michael Buble lookalike, singing the smooth, silky sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Michael Buble, Nat King Cole, and Bobby Darin on Saturday 26th November at 8pm. Tickets €12. On Saturday 3rd December, Abba Forever offers that office party night out with special deals in local Ratoath restaurants, As you Like it, La Bucca and Massimos with a dinner price of €18.50 per person. This is a show packed full of excitement and will take you on a journey back to the 70s, Dazzling Costumes and lighting will have your feet tapping all night. Tickets €20. Back again at the Venue by popular demand is the ever talented Jack L, one of the most popular Irish artistes of his generation. Jack L will perform all his well known content of songs on Saturday 10th December at the Venue. Tickets €22. Comedian Neil Delamere is back for a second show in the Venue Theatre Studio on Sunday 11th December at 8.30pm by popular demand, his show on 1st December already sold out. Tickets €20. On 16th December is a traditional Christmas Concert, organised by Eastwick Productions in Navan, simply called 'Merry Christmas' featuring young singers from Ratoath, Rackenstown and Dunshaughlin, singing a festive collection of carols and Christmas songs, with soloists Andrew Gavin, Eimear Donnelly, Caitriona Mongey and Tina Price. Finally for after Christmas delight on Wednesday 28th December, one of Irelands top vocalists appears at the Venue - Frances Black, offering the opportunity of a special Christmas present of a ticket for this show.
