McEnaney to have talks with players

It is understood that Seamus McEnaney is to have discussions with players and members of the backroom staff before committing himself to another year at the helm with Meath. The Monaghan man has a agreement with the Co Committee to take charge of the team for a three year term to be reviewed after two years. At last Monday night's Co Committee meeting it was suggested that McEnaney should appear before the Committee and present his plans for the forthcoming year. Over the past few weeks McEnaney has been involved with helping Cooley Kickhams in the Louth SFC and was on the line for one of the club's recent games.
