Staff award for Maxol filling station

Aidan Curtis's team at Flower Hill in Navan was recently awarded fifth place in the Staff Team Awards for Ireland by Maxol. The awards recognise the best in petrol retailing standards across its network of service stations in Ireland. Tom Noonan, CEO of Maxol, said: "Congratulations to Aidan Curtis and his team for winning this top accolade. It really is a great achievement and one for which they can all be extremely proud. The awards scheme, which has been running for 20 years, promotes excellence on Maxol's forecourts and in its stores, including quality retailing and premium customer care. "Given today's extremely challenging economic climate, it has never been more important to maintain high standards both on the forecourt and in store," he added. The awards form part of Maxol's annual Retail Awards scheme, which promotes and recognises excellence in retail standards and customer care throughout its entire network of service stations. Under the judging criteria, all competing service stations are assessed for forecourt and toilet standards.
