Plain sailing for Jane

Meath's Jane Dolan has been selected on the Camogie Association 2010 Soaring Stars team in association with O’Neills. The team was announced yesterday with All Ireland Premier Junior Champions Antrim dominating the line-up. Meath lost to Antrim in a group game after they had already secired a semi-final place and they the Royal girls were beaten by Waterford in the last four. The Ulster side that defeated Waterford in a final replay have five players selected on the team. Finalists Waterford have four with the remaining places shared by Roscommon, Kildare, Down, Armagh, Laois and Meath. The recipients will be presented with their Soaring Stars Awards at a Gala banquet at City West Hotel on November 6th. Eight counties are represented on a team which selects players from the Gala Premier Junior and Junior A championships.
