Nobber earn a point

Brendan Heffernan's late point earned Nobber a draw and top spot in the group in this IFC game against Carnaross at Kells tonight. The sides were level at half-time (0-7 to 1-4), but Carnaross found the net in the second-half and looked like they would win. However, Nobber kpet battling and were rewarded with that late point. In the SFC game at Summerhill there was a flurry of yellow cards from referee Jason Plunkett as Blackhall Gaels beat Dunshaughlin by 1-10 to 0-9. There were two walkovers conceded in the JFC. Boardsmill conceded to Donaghmore / Ashbourne and Drumconrath conceded to Ratoath. Other JFC results: Ballinabrackey 1-14, Wolfe Tones 0-9; Drumbaragh 1-10, Curraha 1-9; Bective 4-11, Navan O'Mahonys 2-9.
