Aesop"s Fables for Ramor

'Aesop"s Fabulous Foibles and Fables" was the hit of the Cork Midsummer Festival last year, playing to capacity houses at the Musgrave Theatre. Since then, it has been performed sucessfully at the Half Moon Theatre in Cork Opera house, the Irish Cultural Centre in Paris and a host of theatres around the country. It now comes to the Ramor Theatre, Virginia, this Friday, 29th May, at 7pm. The play, for children of all ages, is based on the ancient tales by Aesop, and is the work of Cork-based theatre company, Theatre Makers. Legendary characters from the world of Aesop, The Tortoise and the Hare, The Boy who Cried Wolf, The Wolf in Sheep"s Clothing and more can be seen. Four performers and a few cardboard boxes give an hour"s fun and excitement while sharing these wonderful ancient stories.
