Navan Court traffic fines

JUDGE John Brophy ruled as follows in road traffic offence cases at Trim Court:

John Joyce, 8 Mornington Drive, Trim, no insurance, €2,500 and disqualified from driving for seven years, in addition to a six-month suspended sentence.

Owen McCabe (31), 87 De La Salle Crescent, Ardee, no insurance, €1,500 and  disqualified for 12 months; failing to produce insurance, €250; no driving licence, €150; failing to produce driving licence, €20.

Konrad Kolecki, Norbury Hall, Trim, failing to display tax, €500; no NCT certificate, €500; failing to display NCT certificate, €500.

Brian George (44), The Rise, Collegewood Park, Clane, Co Kildare, failing to display tax, €500; speeding offence, €400 and four penalty points.

Joseph Kealy, Castletown, Kilberry, failing to display tax, €250.

Christian Finn, Oakcrest, Ballinderry, Mullingar, no NCT certificate, €120.

Ainars Kilva (40) Rivervalley Grove, Swords, Co Dublin, holding mobile phone while driving, €120.

Andrew Harper (41), 12 Mullagh Mor, Mullagh, speeding offence, €120.
