Meath to face Roscommon

Meath will face Roscommon in the All-Ireland u-21 HC B semi-final next weekend.

Roscommon defeated Mayo by 3-19 to 0-10 at Athleague last night.

Roscommon made a good start with points from Niall Kilroy (three) and a brace from the impressive Adrian Purcell and were ahead by 0-10 to 0-5 at the interval.

Anthony Leahy and John Coyne claimed early second-half goals for Roscommon and Kilroy added a third to seal victory.

Roscommon - Naos Connaughton; Declan Leonard, Peter Kellaghan, Mark Kearney; Declan Dowling, Padraig Kelly (0-1), Cathal Kelly; Alan Moore, James Donnelly (0-1); Eamonn Kenny (0-1), Niall Kilroy (1-9), Adrian Purcell (0-4); Cormac Kelly, John Coyne (1-2), Anthony Leahy (1-0). Subs - Eamonn Mulry for Dowling, Brian Donnelly for Leonard, James Lawlor for C Kelly, Michael Sommers for Leahy, Niall Beirne for Kearney.
