Brú Brewery was the toast of the county’s business community last Friday
evening (28th November) as the Trim-based craftbrewer took the coveted accolade of Meath Business of the Year for 2014. Grove Gardens’ Haunted Spooktacular attraction won the overall tourism award at the sixth annual Meath Business and Tourism Awards, held at the Newgrange Hotel, Navan. Over 300 guests attended the fifth annual Meath Business & Tourism Awards where the MC for the evening was Rath Chairn native and RTE TV personality, Blathnaid Ní Chofaigh, while the keynote speaker was former Taoiseach and EU Ambassador to the United States, John Bruton.
