FAI recognition for top NEFL club Enfield Celtic

Although they didn't win the top gong Enfield Celtic's efforts were recognised last night at the 2019 FAI Club of the Year awards in Trim.

Galway club Colemanstown United was named the 2019 FAI Club of the Year at the prestigious and popular annual delegates
dinner that has become a must-attend event at the end of the Festival of Football in the lead up to today's AGM.

The Galway club won the prestigious title ahead of Enfield Celtic (Meath), Killarney Celtic (Kerry), Midleton FC (Cork), 
Newbridge Town (Kildare) and Salthil Devon (Galway).

Enfield Celtic were awarded the FAI Club of the Year Merit Award, for the fine work being done at the club.

20 Awards were handed out at the FAI Delegates Dinner. 

The event concluded the FAI's Festival of Football in the Royal County where almost 40 grassroots clubs were visited in the four corners of the Royal County.
