Nine-man OMP go joint-top

Despite finishing with nine players OMP Utd produced another North East Football League Div 1-winning display with a 3-1 win at the MDL last night against Enfield Celtic.

The first-half was all about OMP's quick-tempo passing with goals from Donal Callan and Ryan Murphy.

In the second-half OMP showed their desire and grit to keep out Enfield for 45 minutes with the nine men and Joe Garvey added a third goal.

Goals from Jack Kelly and David Bowens gave Athboy a hard-earned victory in the Div game last night against hosts Kingscourt Harps.
