Trim jockey Colin Keane

Diesel powers home for Keane

Noel Meade had three of the 14 runners in the claimer at Dundalk tonight where Sheisdiesel motored home for jockey Colin Keane.

It was Keane's first taste of action in 2019 following a holiday in January and he marked his return with
a winner.

Keane timed his challenge perfectly to beat another Meath-trained runner, the Pat Martin-trained favourite
Reckless Lad by half a length.

The win made amends for two weeks ago when the saddle slipped on Sheisdiesel.

“He gave her a brilliant ride, she won a claimer and was second in a claimer two runs ago and then her
saddle slipped last time," stated Meade.
