Navan O'Mahonys manager Kevin Reilly

Fourth time lucky as O'Mahonys stun Kells men

Dylan Regan's 44th minute goal proved the difference as Kevin Reilly's Navan O'Mahonys shocked Gaeil Colmcille with a 1-11 to 0-11 win in this exciting SFC Group A clash at Ballinlough on Wednesday evening.
With the wind at their backs in the second-half the Kells-side looked set to post their third win from three having turned around on level terms, 0-7-0-7, with the Navan-outfit.
Stephen Bray posted four points from play for O'Mahonys while Niall McKeigue and Darragh Maguire led a defence that denied Gaeil Colmcille the goal required to maintain their winning run in the campaign to date.
Seamus Mattimoe and Brian Hanlon chipped in with eight points between them but it was not enough to secure a fourth win for Lar Wall's men over O'Mahonys this year.
