Leinster final ticket for Colaiste na hInse

Colaiste na hInse advanced to the Leinster PP Schools SF D final today with a 1-16 to 2-11 victory over Scoil Chonglais Baltinglass.

It was all just part of a hectic few days for the Laytown / Bettystown students who won the North Leinster PP SF D title at Dunganny on Monday with a 3-14 to 0-6 vicotry against St Finian's, Mullingar

The action on Monday saw two Ross Molloy points get the Meath side motoring nicely and Sean O’Donoghue netted.

Molloy also found the net as Colaiste na HInse established a 2-6 to 0-3 interval lead.

COLAISTE NA HINSE CELEBRATIONS

Endy Ehichoya stretched that advantage within 90 seconds of the restart and substitute Mark Murray added a point before O’Donoghue claimed his second goal.

Further points from Ferdia Quigley and Molloy (free) added to Colaiste na hInse’s tally and they coasted to victory with a brace apiece from Ewan Coughlan and Molloy and one from Murray.

There was also success in the South Leinster PP Sch Jun Football B final for Scoil Dara, Kilcock by 3-14 to 3-9 against Gorey CS.

St Peter’s Dunboyne were out of luck in the North Leinster PP Sch Jun F B semi-final when they lost by 1-10 to 3-19 against St Joseph’s , ochfortbridge

This Friday in Ashbourne - Ashbourne CS play Colaiste Choilm Tullamore in the North Leinster PP Schools JF B semi-final.

This Friday in Nobber - O'Carolan College play Cnoc Mhuire, Granard in the North Leinster PP Schools Juv Fball C semi-final.

This Saturday at Abbotstown, St Patrick's CS, Navan will take on Wicklow Schools in the semi-final of the Bro Bosco Cup.
