Carnaross NS pass test in final goal-fest

There were goals galore as Carnaross NS turned on the style to defeat Oristown NS 6-8 to 2-3 in the Boys Div 4 13-a-side at the Meath Primary Schools' Football finals at Trim today. 

On the way to the final Carnaross had defeated Carlanstown, Drumconrath, Moynalty, Kilbride, Oristown and Dunderry. They repeated their victory over Oristown with a barnstorming display in the final building on a 3-6 to 1-1 half-time lead to claim the silverware. 

Oisin Yore was in fine form for the winners scoring 2-2 while Paddy Morris got 1-5 in what was a fine exhibition of football from the winners. Oristown had got the better of Curraha in the quarter-final and Coole in the last four but they just couldn't get over the line this time.
