Closure order on Dunshaughlin restaurant

A closure order on a Chinese restaurant in Dunshaughlin which was issued by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland last month was lifted the following day.

The order was served on the Dragon Chinese take away, Main Street, Dunshaughlin because there was no hot running water at the food preparation sinks or the wash hand basins in the food preparation area or staff toilets.

The closure order was lifted the following day.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) reported that six Closure Orders and one Improvement Order were served on food businesses during the month of April for breaches of food safety legislation.
