Athboy, Nobber and Slane to get new parish priests

The following appointments in the Diocese of Meath have been announced by Bishop Michael Smith.

Fr Seamus Houlihan, PP, Nobber, is appointed Parish Priest of Kilcormac.
Fr Liam Malone, CC, Kells, is appointed Parish Priest of Nobber-Kilbeg.
Fr Richard Matthews, PP, Kilcormac,  is appointed Parish Priest of Slane.
Fr Padraig McMahon, Adm Mullingar, is appointed Parish Priest of Athboy and Vicar Forane.
Fr Joseph Campbell is appointed Curate in Mullingar and Diocesan Secretary.
Fr Paul Crosbie, Cc, Mullingar, is appointed Administrator in Mullingar.
Fr Williams Awoshiri is appointed Curate in Mullingar.
Fr Eusebius Tulbure is appointed Curate in Kells.

The announcememt of Fr Patrick O'Connor, PP, Athboy to become PP, Dunboyne was made following Monsignor Dermot Farrell's appointment as Bishop of Ossory earlier this year.
