After their recent appearance on 'Ear to the Ground', the McCormacks from Kiltale will be on our TV screens again this month.

Neven Maguire’s Irish Food Trails third episode starts at the McCormack Family Farm in Kiltale where he discovers how microgreens are grown. Neven explores the flavoursome, nutritious varieties of Irish microgreens - much more than just garnish, they are important ingredients for chefs.
It airs on Wednesday 14th March on RTÉ One 8.30pm. Neven also heads to Dublin and Pickle Indian Restaurant. It’s a special day at Pickle, where the kitchen team is preparing a menu for Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights.
Staying in Dublin, Neven visits Jack Kirwan, founder of Sprout and Co, an innovative restaurant chain specialising in healthy salads made with seasonal Irish produce.
With an outlet at Avoca in Dunboyne, Jack tells Neven how Sprout and Co became so successful, helping to sate Dublin’s appetite for wholesome food.
