Focaccia Bread made simple!

RECIPE: Fresh Focaccia Bread

INGREDIENTS 
1. Flour 500 grams 
2. Yeast 2x7grams packets. 
3. Water 400 mls 
4. Olive oil 1 tblspoon
5. Sea salt 1 teaspoon

Method. 
1. Mix flour,yeast and 300mls of water. 
2. Knead the dough for 7 to 10 mins. 
3. Prove the bread for an hour in a warm place. Ideally in a warm kitchen. 
4. Knock the bread back and place in baking tin. 
5. Bake for 20 mins at 200c. 
6. Remove from baking tin. 
7. Turn bread upside down and bake for a further 2 minutes. 
8. Allow bread to cool on a wire rack. 
9. Enjoy!!!
