Coldrick gets All-Ireland final appointment

Blackhall Gaels clubman David Coldrick has been appointed as referee for the All-Ireland senior football final between Cork and Down later this month. This will be Coldrick's second final as he also refereed the 2007 final between Cork and Kerry. David will be assisted by umpires Tony Kearney, John Coldrick (both Blackhall Gaels), James Matthews (Cortown) and Stephen O'Hare (Syddan). The stand-by referee for this fixture will be Gearóid Ó Conámha (Galway), the linesman is Maurice Deegan (Laois) and sideline official for the day, Syl Doyle (Wexford). Moynalty official Joey Curley has been appointed as stand by referee for the minor final which will be handled by Sligo's Michael Duffy.
