Family’s Christmas log decorations raise €1,200 for cancer support group

A MASSIVE well done to the McCormack children- Erin, Molly, Ruby and Denis- who raised a fantastic €1,200 for Nobber Cancer Support Group.

Although the run-up to Christmas is always a very busy time, this didn't stop the McCormacks taking on this huge project making scores of Christmas log decorations to raise money for their local cancer support group.

With the help of mum Bridget and Dad Kenneth, they had glue guns, snow spray and all sorts of baubles and ribbons at the ready to make their really fantastic decorations which were in huge demand and quickly sold out.

Erin (11), Molly (9), Ruby (7) and Denis (5 ) were all involved in the production line. Between sales and other donation, the McCormacks raised €1,200.

Well done also to their friends Cara and Faye Condra, who with the help of mum Mairead made bags of reindeer food which they sold locally as well to raise money for the charity.
