Slane Castle wants your magical music memories

Our photo by Seamus Farrelly shows Alex Mount Charles taking delivery of the Meath Chronicle-Slane Castle special souvenir supplement marking 40 years of Slane concerts, published with this week's Meath Chrionicle.

His father, Henry, has revealed that 27th August of next year is being pencilled in as the date for the next concert, with a major international act being spoken to.

Alex is looking for concert goers over the past 40 years to share their memories with Slane Castle for a digital archive, under the 'Some Memories are Louder than Others' section on the Slane Castle website, Slanecastle.ie
