Wedding singers wow with stunning take on 90's classic track

A group of local wedding singers have come together to collaborate on a stunning track to lift spirits during lockdown.

In what has been a difficult year for many industries particularly the wedding and arts, Amie Grendon, Della Mannion, Jacinta McIntyre, Laura Colgan, Annie Powderly, Claire Malone, Alison Sweeney and Jenny O’Donovan have linked up to cover the classic 90s song “Things can only get Better” by D:Ream as a way to share hope and spread positivity.

One of the singers involved Jacinta McIntyre commented:

“We are a group of wedding singers and musicians who have been at home with little work to go to and it was a saying we had every do often "things can only get better" so we put it to music and re created this classic track

“With some extra time on our hands and with the super talents and generosity of Dave Molloy Music who produced this video and song and to Ewen Ferguson for his talents on piano we created this version of the famous D:Ream song."
