Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa wants to make home cooking simple and tasty this season with the launch of its delicious home dinner kits for click and collect. Celebrating local produce and using seasonal ingredients, the home dinner kit is available to order from www.dunboynecastlehotel.com and can be collected at the hotel reception. Available every Friday and Saturday, the kit is €60 for two people and is the perfect way to enjoy restaurant quality food from the comfort of your home this winter.

Whether you are a budding chef or just struggling for creativity, the Dunboyne Castle Hotel home dinner kits will allow you to recreate a four-course meal for two using some of the hotel’s most sought after recipes. The menu will change weekly and will include the cooking method, instructions, and top tips on how to assemble your meal from executive chef, John Burke, so there’s no excuse not to feel like you are dining in style!

For the launch, Dunboyne Castle Hotel has chosen a hearty, seasonal inspired menu that all will love, including a homemade Guinness mini loaf and sea salt butter, heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella and balsamic, butternut squash soup, and dry aged Cote de Boeuf with honey roasted veg, gratin potato and whiskey cream sauce. No meal is complete without a delicious dessert, and for this week, the kit includes chocolate profiteroles with Chantilly cream.
