Appeal for information on missing Walterstown man

Gardai are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Colin Downey who is missing from his home in Walterstown since Monday night/ Tuesday morning.

A major search operation is underway involving the Garda Dog and Air Support units, Meath River Rescue and Meath Civil Defence.

Walterstown Text Alert group, the local GAA club and local farmers and residents have also been involved in the search.

Colin was last seen a this home around 9pm on Monday.

He is described as being of average build around 5ft 11ins,with dark medium length hair.

He is believed to be wearing a black jacket and wellies,
