Meath too strong for O'Moore County boys

Producing some attractive football Meath notched up a deserved 2-13 to 0-9 victory over Laois in the Leinster MFC at Portlaoise.

The Royal County side showed the way from the start and at the interval led by 1-6 to 0-4 despite playing into a strong breeze.

Daire Rowe netted Meath's first-half goal with Joey Wallace firing to the net in the second-half.

Meath now play Westmeath in the semi-final on Saturday 6th July.
