Big Leinster clash for OMP and Navan Town

The big game in Navan at the end of the month will feature OMP Utd against Navan Town in the Leinster Junior Cup on 25th of the month - a game that will attract a huge crowd for hosts OMP Utd.

Fifteen teams from the North East Fotball League (almost half of the total amount eligible) entered the Leinster Junior Cup with 11 in the FAI Junior Cup while 10 teams from Div 3 and Div 4 entered the Leinster Junior Shield.

For Navan side OMP Utd it must still feel no different to normal fixture schedule within the NEFL as they drew opponents from their own Legaue and division in both the national and provincial competitions.

First up is an eagerly-awaited Leinster tie with local rivals Navan Town on 25th September and one week later they will travel to face Athboy Celtic.

The FAI Junior Cup also produced two other all NEFL clashes with the all-Premier clash between Duleek and Trim Celtic while Quay Celtic will host Torro Utd.
