Exciting draw at MDL

Eanna Donohoe's equalising goal for OMP Utd.

Local rivals Navan Cosmos and OMP Utd produced a thrilling Meath & District Premier League clash last night where the honours ended even.

This was an excellent game with OMP very much in control in the opening half, but they were rocked in te 45th minute when Conor Walsh gave Cosmos the lead.

OMP maintained the pressure after the break and were back on terms in the 70th minute when substitute Eanna Donohoe equalised.

OMP were boosted further when a Cosmos playre recived a second yellow card soon after, but they were unable to conjure up a winner and also finished with 10 men when they had a player red-carded near the end.
