Join Meath’s top trainers and jockeys to preview the Winter racing season

With plenty of top-class National Hunt racing action in store this winter in County Meath, you are invited to a free preview evening with some of Meath’s top trainers and jockeys to hear their thoughts and plans for the season ahead at both Fairyhouse and Navan. 
 
At The Races presenter Gary O’Brien will lead an all-star panel of Meath’s finest, to include trainers Noel Meade and Tony Martin, and jockey Robbie Power, with open panel discussion and audience interaction.
 
Navan’s winter racing season kicks off with Thetote.com Fortia Chase on November 12, showcasing some of the sharpest two mile chasers in the country.  This is followed by Ladbrokes Troytown and Ladies Winter Day on November 26.
 
The famous Fairyhouse Winter Festival, undoubtedly the highlight of the pre-Christmas racing calendar, takes place on December 2 and 3 and incorporates two days of top-class National Hunt racing including three Grade 1 races and €630k in prizemoney.
 
The Meath National Hunt preview evening takes place next Thursday, November 2 at the Ardboyne Hotel, Navan at 7pm.  Complimentary refreshments will be served, with prizes on the night.
