Colin Keane and Maontri (green blinkers) set the pace at Dundalk last night.

Keane and Maontri win again

Seven days after partnering Maontri to victory at Dundalk and with a trip to Dubai sandwiched into the mix Trim jockey Colin Keane added another winner to his early season tally when he won again with the Matty Tynan-trained seven-year-old at Dundalk last night.

Seven seems to be a lucky number for the seven-year-old which hadn't won at all until last week and relished last night's trip ocver seven furlongs despite a severe hike in the handicap.

Keane won with the lightly-raced seven-year-old mare last week and was a popular winner with the punters last night going off at 2/1 favourite.

Another trip to Dundalk might be on the cards again to keep the good run going for the Fethard-based trainer.
