Parkvilla FAI Cup win replay

Navan side Parkvilla kept their hopes of playing in the FAI Senior Cup in 2013 alive when they won this afternoon's Intermediate Cup replay (3-2) against Verona at Claremont Stadium.

Despite falling behind to a first minute goal, the Navan men got back into contention with a Mark Brady equaliser early in the second-half - see video (click on link if necessary) <

Parkvilla then missed a penalty before they took the lead through Stephen McCrossan, but Verona got ack on level terms with 12 minutes remaining.

Parkvilla pressed forward again and were awarded another penalty, this time Danny Ennis converted to seal the win and earn a place in the next round away to Newbridge Town in January.
