Parkvilla FAI Cup game on today

Parkvilla will bid to maintain their push for a place in the first round of the FAI Senior Cup in 2013 when they tackle Verona at Claremont Stadium, Navan today at 2pm.

The game against Verona, a replay, was scheduled for Friday night last but was postponed due to weather conditions.

Following discussions between clubs officials it was agreed to play the game today.

Parkvilla played out a 1-1 draw with Verona in Dublin two weeks ago in a game where they also missed a penalty.

A large crowd is expected at the Navan venue today for what promises to be an exciting clash.

Parkvilla's Republic of Ireland u-15 international player Ross Treacy will be in action for the u-15 team this week in Qatar in the mini-tournament.

The fixture details are:

International U15 Friendly - Republic of Ireland v Juventus, Qatar, 4.05pm (local time) 1.05pm (Irish time)

International U15 Friendly - Aspire Academy v Republic of Ireland, Qatar, 4.05pm (local time) 1.05pm (Irish time)
