McDonogh for Aga Khan job

Moynalty jockey Declan McDonogh will be the number one rider for tha Aga Khan for the 2013 flat season in Ireland. McDonogh replaces another Meath man Johnny Murtagh in the role after the Bohermeen native's association was ended earlier this year during the summer. McDonogh, was the champion Irish flat jockey in 2006 and has had a long association with Kevin Prendergast. The Meath man won for the Aga Khan on Zand, trained by John Oxx, at Leopardstown last month.
