Gordon Elliott and Keith Donoghue were denied a double at Perth today when last night's winner, Supercede, was beaten by a short-head in the final race on the card.

However, the duo were on the mark with Right Or Wrong which received a tremendous ride from the 16-year-old Dunshaughlin teenager.

King Roonah was also fancied to win but only got as far as the fourth fence in the handicap chase.

Elliott completed his double when he was also on the mark at Galway when Paul Carberry survived a stewards' enquiry to hold on to a handicap hurdle with Hoopy.
