Pitch & Putt Focus - Meath Championships

Bellewstown was the venue for the Meath Pitch & Putt Strokeplay championships last Sunday where the action was exciting across all the grades.

Local man Peter Reilly used his knowledge of the course to good advantage when he landed the senior title ahead of Eamonn Gibney from Castletown while the best gross was secured by Niall Winters junior from the Trim club.

There was also action in the intermediate and junior categories for men and women with Bridie Cummins from Trim shading the verdict against Marie Black from Bellewstown in the intermediate series.
