New role for Natalya Coyle

Top Meath Modern Pentathlete Natalya Coyle as teamed up with Aramark's Right Track Health and Wellness Team this year as the Education and Workplace Wellness Ambassador.

Natalya, a contender for the Meath Sportsperson of the Year which will be announced next week at the Meath Sports Awards, joins Olympic Champion Katie Taylor and Munster rugby legend, Alan Quinlan for this year’s Right Track campaign.

The campaign aims to improve both physical and mental health and wellbeing in workplaces across Ireland.

In her role as Education and Workplace Wellness Ambassador, Natalya will be responsible for driving awareness with the student population across campus and workplace locations where Aramark operates.

Speaking on her appointment, Natalya said;

“I’m delighted to be involved with the Right Track programme and to be promoting health and wellness amongst third-level students.

'As a recent student myself, where I was juggling my studies with training for five events including preparing for the Rio 2016 games, I know the importance of staying fit and healthy.

“Often, students are learning to live and study by themselves for the first time, they face a lot of change and that can be quite stressful.

'By supporting them on campus and helping them to improve their health and wellbeing through nutrition and exercise, we can give students the chance to make positive lifestyle changes which will have massive benefits to their studies,” she concluded.

Natalya’s role will also focus on the impact of the workplace environment on people’s mental health and wellbeing, aligning with Alan Quinlan, Aramark’s current mental health ambassador.

Frank Gleeson, Managing Director of Aramark’s Food Services Division said, “This is the fourth year of the Right Track campaign and we have a really stellar team on board this year in Natalya, Katie Taylor and Alan Quinlan. Health and wellness is a top priority for our business and we are committed to building on our promise to get not just workforces but also student populations, healthy.”
