Racing at Fairyhouse on Saturday has been postponed due to on-going rain overnight.

The racecourse tweeted: "Following further rain tomorrws meeting @Fairyhouse is cancelled."

Horse Racing Ireland has announced that the Dan Moore Memorial Handicap Steeplechase has been transferred to Punchestown on Sunday 3rd February as an additional race.

The distance of this race will now be about two miles and not two miles and one furlong as previously advertised.

The original entries stand for this race with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Friday 1st February
