Extra race at Navan on Monday

At the request of the Irish Racehorse Trainers Association, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) has announced there will be an additional race at Navan on Monday April 23 which is a maiden race for four years old and upwards over one mile and four furlongs.

This race will close for entries along with the rest of the Navan meeting on Wednesday April 18 (tomorrow) with declarations to run to be made by 10am on Sunday April 22.

The details of the race are as follows:-

The Meath Maiden of €12,000, of which the second will receive €2,400, the third €1,200, the fourth €600, and the fifth €300
For four yrs old and upwards, maidens and starting
About one mile and four furlongs
€84 to enter, €24 extra if declared to run
